Devlog 3: Greybox


I was now coming up on my first deliverable a greybox for Level Design.

With how I was building my level with an exciting asset pack it felt wrong to go about this process in the normal way, so I did a rough sketch of what I wanted the level to be. At this point rather than build out its exact dimensions with primitives I built the base of the level using my purchased assets and then used primitives to build out the areas that didn't fit those assets.

With this half greybox I was then able to really begin playing around with the character controller and enemies insuring that all the space in the level flowed well.
